SIAKAP MASAK LEMAK CILI API BERKERISEK



Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua…

Gong Xi Fa Chai buat semua kawan2 dan pengunjung blog yang berbangsa cina…

Macam mana dengan cuti CNY baru2 ni…dah sampai ke mana berjalan dan bercuti…QH? Duduk rumah je…balik kampong pon tidak…takde mood sangat nak berjalan…memang nak berehat kaw2…maaa…hihihi… (yang ni ade sedikit tipu) hehehe…keluar jugak jalan dekat2 je…sempat pergi makan Cendol Bakar kat tepi highway mmr2 area Gombak tu…tapi QH tak buat la segmen JJCM macam selalu tu…bawak kamera tapi segan la nak jadi photography yang tak bertauliah kat situ…kedainya sentiasa penuh dan orang yang datang tak putus2…hihihi…hari cuti kot…cuaca panas agaknya sekarang ni…dapat pekena cendol yang sejuk tu…memang menikmatinya tanpa perlu kata ape2…hehehe…


kalau ikut plan sebelum bercuti haritu…kemain buat list lagi nak buat itu…nak buat ini…cari resepi yang belum atau tak sempat nak dicuba sebelum2 ni…gigih sangat waktu tu…tapi bile dah sampai hari yang betul2 cuti…buat ikut suka je…yang dalam list tu langsung pon tak dicuit…hehehe…pastu mula la terasa ruginya cuti yang ade disia2kan macam tu aje…kalau rajin mesti dah boleh cuba macam2 resepikan…belajar deco kek yang comel2 ker…sekarang ni baru nak menyesal…tak payah lah ye QH…huhuhu

Lagi satu haiii bercintanya nak amik gambar…hari cuti yang lepas macam membina kilo dan lemak pulak…lepas siap2 masak…terus je rasa nak makan…lapar sangat la gamaknya tu…bila terkenangkan blog la…gagahkan la jugak amik 2-3 gambar (yang tu macam tipu jerk) hihihi…amik gambar pon cepat2…lepas tu terus mengadap makan depan TV…hihihi


Ni la resepi yang berjaya untuk dimasak pada hari cuti yang lepas…hihihi…super simple je…tapi berbaloi sedap… perasan…hehehe…sebenarnya ni minggu ketiga QH masak lauk yang sama…berturut2…macam tak puas2 lak makan lauk yang sama jer…mungkin sedap kot…hahaha…sebelum ni QH pernah guna ikan kerisi…tapi mudah hancur pulak ikan tu…terletak awal…minggu berikutnya QH gunakan ikan siakap pula…tapi ikan tu QH gorengkan dahulu…kalau ikut hubby QH dia lagi suka kalau ikan tu digoreng garing2…yang tu nanti boleh la ejas sendiri yer…

Ikan siakap yang QH masak ni tidak la terlalu besar saiznya…saiz sederhana jer…kalau nak masak banyak gandakan saje bahan di bawah tu…saiz hidangan ni untuk 2-3 orang jer…ok jika ade yang berkenan…dipersilakanlah untuk mencubanya pula…resepi ni ikut pada citarasa QH dan hubby…kalau nak tambah ape yang patut terpulang pada semua…selamat mencuba yer…


SIAKAP MASAK LEMAK CILI API BERKERISEK

Bahan-bahan
1 ekor ikan siakap
serbuk kunyit secukupnya

1 cawan santan pekat
2 cawan santan cair
2 sudu besar kerisek
2 - 3 batang serai - diketuk
2 helai daun kunyit
5 - 6 helai daun limau purut
gula dan garam secukup rasa
air secukupnya

Bahan kisar
12 - 15 tangkai cili padi (kalau suka pedas boleh tambah lagi)
5 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas kecil bawang putih
1 inci kunyit hidup

Caranya
Lumurkan ikan siakap dengan garam dan serbuk kunyit. Panaskan minyak dan goreng ikan sehingga sedikit garing. Angkat dan ketepikan.
Dalam kuali lain tumiskan sebentar bahan kisar sehingga naik bau.
Kemudian masukkan santan cair dan biarkan didih sebentar.
Masukkan serai, daun limau purut dan daun kunyit.
Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa.
Tambah santan pekat di ikuti dengan kerisek. Kacau dan masak hingga kuah nampak sedikit pekat.
Jika kuah terlalu pekat tambahkan sedikit air.
Seimbangkan rasa dan masukkan ikan siakap yang telah digoreng tadi. Ratakan kuah keseluruhan ikan.
Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidang.

Assalam QH, tak pernah buat ikan siakap versi lemak2 cenggini..selalu stim, 3rasa n bakar jer...
Boleh cube gak ni...variety sket cara masak ikan siakap.

Adohai.. terliur betul tengok siakap tu terlentang dalam kuah masak lemak cili api. Ini antara masakan favourite sk (masak lemak cili api) tapi tak pnah lagi try guna ikan siakap... oh, ya.. letak kerisik tu byk org minang suka letak klu masak cili api, betul tak?
